The Food Instrument Reject Information screen is used to view the reject information for a food instrument.

Interface Initialization

Upon initial display of the screen, the following occurs:

  • The title bar text is set to "Food Instrument Reject Information".

  • The Benefit Number value label displays the currently selected benefit number

  • The Reject Reasons data grid will contain an entry for each reject reason that was recorded for the food instrument.

  • The Close button is visible and enabled as the default.

Benefit Number text and value label

  View the benefit number of the food instrument in the Benefit Number text and value label.

The value label is populated with the value of the SerialNo column of the FoodInstrument table.

Information in this control is read-only and cannot be changed. The value label displays in the inverse color of the screen.

Reject Reasons data grid

  View the information in the Reject Reasons data grid.

This data grid contains an entry for each time the food instrument was rejected by the WIC bank.

The data grid will contain an entry for each reject reason that was recorded for the food instrument. The entries will be sorted in descending order according to the value of the Reject Date and Reject Reason fields. The data in the data grid is read-only.

If the food instrument was ever rejected by the bank (even if it is eventually paid) and has the associated rejected reason information in the FoodInstrumentRejection table it will be displayed in this data grid.

The data grid consists of the following control(s):

Reject Date column

This column displays the date the food instrument was rejected for each record displayed within the data grid.

The title of the column is set to "Reject Date". The information displayed within the column is read-only.

Reject Reason column

This column displays the reason the food instrument was rejected for each record displayed within the data grid.

The title of the column is set to "Reject Reason". The information displayed within the column is read-only.

Close button

  Click the Close button to close the screen.

It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.

The Food Instrument Details screen displays when the button is clicked.
