The Vendor Benefits Redeemed Report VND068 (Output) displays a list of WIC benefits redeemed by the specified vendor during the specified date range. The report is formatted for output as an Excel worksheet. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Vendor Benefits Redeemed Report screen.
This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.

The distribution item columns to the right of the Service Site ID are dynamic. Each unique food distribution item on each food instrument that was redeemed during the period specified will have a column.
The food distribution item column headings are sorted by base food category first and then by distribution item name alphabetically in ascending order from left to right.

General, center-aligned, Rotated 90 degrees.
The distribution item columns to the right of the Service Site ID display the quantity of the food distribution items that are part of the food instrument redeemed.

The value is pulled from the ITEMQUANTITY column of the FOODINSTRUMENTITEM Reference Dictionary table.
Format
Numeric, right-aligned.
The filter criteria applied is the date range specified for the report. Records in the FOODINSTRUMENT Reference Dictionary table with a PAIDDATE value that falls within the specified date range are included in the report.
The food instruments are sorted in ascending order by serial number.
