The Reported Participation List CLD036 (Output) screen lists that lists all clients counted as "participants" based on specific filter criteria. It is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Reported Participation List screen.
This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.

Format
The value is included as its literal value.
Origin of Data Element
The value is the current value of the REPORTHEADING business rule.
Format
The value is included as its literal value.

The value is the date on which the report is generated.
Format
The value is included in the following format: MM/DD/CCYY. The value will be the current system date when the report is generated.
Origin of Data Element
The value is the name of the user signed in to the system when the report is generated.
Format
The value is included as its literal value. Because of space constraints, all characters of the user's first and last name may not print within the space allotted.
"Reported Participation List"
Format
The value is included as its literal value and center aligned. It is positioned at the top of the report in the center below the Report Title.
Origin of Data Element
The value is the time at which the report is generated.
Format
The value is included in the following format: HH:MM:SS (AM/PM).
Origin of Data Element
This value is the month and year specified by the user when generating the system output.
Format
The value is center aligned and is an accounting month and year in the following format:
"Month of {month name} CCYY"
Origin of Data Element
If the state business rule IncludeGrantees equals "Y", this value is the GranteeID column of the GranteeClinic table for the associated Agency ID of the selected participants. If the state business rule IncludeGrantees does not equal "Y", this value is blank.

This value is the text description for the WIC Category Code. The text description will come from the Description column of the WICStatus table.

This value is the text description for the Breastfeeding Amount Code. The text description will come from the ReferenceDictionary table where Category equals “BFAMOUNT” and the ExternalID equal the AmountBreastfed.

This value is a code used to complete the initial sort of data in the spreadsheet.
Format
This is a three digit value with one decimal place.

This value is text associated with the total line. The following total lines will be available for clinic, agency, grantee and state totals, depending on the selection criteria. Lines will only print if total count for the line is greater than zero.

NOTE: Breastfeeding Women FFF is the count of breastfeeding women with amount breastfed = "4" (non-applicable). This happens when the breastfeeding amount of the child is changed to "Non-Breastfeeding" but the status of the mother has not been changed to Non-Breastfeeding. |

All WIC participants that received benefits are included in the report totals. Data for hidden agencies will not be included. Participants must meet the following selection criteria.
ParticipationCYM column of the CaseloadCount table equals the selected year/month
RptedThisMonth column of the CaseloadCount table equals "Y"
Clinic, agency, grantee, state
If an individual clinic is selected, only data for that clinic (detail and summary) will be included.

State summary
This report will be sorted by grantee code (if applicable), agency code and clinic code, depending on selection criteria of the report.
If report by clinic and one clinic is selected, this part of the sort order does not apply.
If report by clinic and multiple clinics are selected, the report will be sorted by clinic ID.
If report by agency is selected, the report will be sorted by agency ID, then clinic ID.
If report by grantee is selected, the report will be sorted by grantee ID, then agency ID, then clinic ID.
If state is selected, the report will be sorted by grantee ID (if applicable), then agency ID, then clinic ID.
Within clinic ID, the report will be sorted by household ID.
Within household ID , the report will be sorted by state WIC ID.
Summary totals by WIC category and amount breastfed are printed for clinic, agency and grantee (if applicable), depending on selection criteria.
