The Migrant Enrollment Report OPR001 (Output) is a count of migrants enrolled in the WIC program during the reported month. A person is considered enrolled in the program if he or she is eligible to receive WIC benefits (i.e. they are in a valid certification period). A person is considered migrant if he or she is a member of a household where the migrant flag is the value "Y" at the time the month-end process for the reported month is run. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Migrant Enrollment Report screen. This report will also be generated as part of the month-end process.
This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.
Origin of Data Element
The user records this value when the report is submitted. During the month-end process this is the CCYYMM value from the CurrentMonthEndDt column of the ProcessControl table.
Format
This is an accounting month and year formatted as Month Name CCYY.
Origin of Data Element
The selection criteria and information being reported determine this value.
When reporting Agency data, the Agency code and description will be printed.
When reporting state data, the text description of "State Total" will be printed.
Format
This is a fifty-character text value. The format is determined by the information being reported.

This value comes from the Priority column of the CaseloadCountEnrollment table.

This value is the description associated with the RaceEthnicity column of the CaseloadCountEnrollment table. The description comes from joining the RaceDescription and EthnicityDescription columns of the RaceEthnicity table.

If a participant has an unknown priority or a priority that is not valid for their status, the participant is included in the 'Unknown' priority count. Participants that meet the following selection criteria are included in the report. Data for hidden agencies will not be included.
The ParticipationCYM column of the CaseloadCountEnrollment table equals the reported month.
The EnrolledThisMonth column of the CaseloadCountEnrollment table equals "Y".
The Migrant column of the CaseloadCountEnrollment table equals "Y".
ProgramCode column of the CaseloadCountEnrollment table equals the WIC value.
If an individual Agency is selected, summary data for that Agency will be included. If the state is selected, summary data for the state level will be included. During the month-end process when all is selected, data for all clinics, agencies and state will be selected in the following sequence.

This report will be sorted by Agency code and state totals, depending on selection criteria of the report.
If Agency is selected, this part of the sort order does not apply.
If the state total is selected, this part of the sort order does not apply.
If all is selected, the report will be sorted by Agency code. The state summary will print at the end.
This report will be sorted by the priority within Agency/state.
This report will be sorted by the race/ethnicity description within priority.
Totals for the Agency will be printed.
State totals will be printed when the state or all option is selected.
This system output is generated on demand. If selected by the state, this system output is also generated during the month-end process.
