The Medicaid Adjunctive Eligibility Report OPR013 (Output) is an analysis of completed certifications and Medicaid certifications within the specified date ranges. The report is by Agency, service site, and category. Additional age group columns are included to give a total for the number of children 1 to 2 years old, children 2 to 3 years old, children 3 to 4 years old, and children 4 to 5 years old. A total for Completed Certifications, Medicaid Certifications, and percent of Medicaid Certifications to Completed Certifications is printed for each Agency and service site. The report will print from the temporary table, Medicaid-Adjunctive, that will be created with records that meet the selection criteria. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Medicaid Adjunctive Eligibility Report screen. This report will also be generated on a quarterly basis.

Infant Total Cert Count

Origin of Data Element

This value comes from the Infant-Cnt column of the temporary Medicaid-Adjunctive table. It is the count of selected participants where WICStatus column of the Member table equals "I".

Child 01-02 Total Cert Count

This value comes from the Child-1-2-Cnt column of the temporary Medicaid-Adjunctive table. It is the count of selected participants where WICStatus column of the Member table equals "C" and the child is 1 to 2 years old.

This value comes from the Child-2-3-Cnt column of the temporary Medicaid-Adjunctive table. It is the count of selected participants where WICStatus column of the Member table equals "C" and the child is 2 to 3 years old.

This value comes from the Breastfed-Cnt column of the temporary Medicaid-Adjunctive table. It is the count of selected participants where WICStatus column of the Member table equals "B".

This value comes from the Non-Breastfed-Cnt column of the temporary Medicaid-Adjunctive table. It is the count of selected participants where the WICStatus column of the Member table equals "N".

Filter Criteria

Base of Data

This report is an analysis of completed certifications and Medicaid certifications within a specified date range. Totals are accumulated by WICStatus categories. In addition, for WICStatus equal to "C", the age of the child is calculated and totals are accumulated by these calculated ages. To calculate the child's age, the DateOfBirth column in the Member table will be subtracted from the CertStartDate column in the CERTCONTACT table, resulting in the Number-Years column.

Sort Order

Agency ID

The report is sorted first by Agency ID.

Service Site

This report will be sorted by the ServiceSite-ID within Agency.

Control Breaks

No control breaks are defined for this system output.

Grand Total

State Totals will be printed.

Frequency and Distribution

This report is run quarterly. It can also be generated on demand.
