The Food Distribution Report - UPC Detail by State DD009 (Output) is a detailed report that lists the food items distributed through the Direct Distribution application by agency. It displays a list of food items distributed to WIC program participants and the total quantity distributed during a specified date range.
The report is generated when the OK button is clicked while the Detail radio button is selected in the Report By radio button group on the Generate Food Distribution Report - State screen.

The report is also generated automatically for the state during the End of Day process as a spreadsheet and output to the End-of-Month report folder on the server.

NOTE: If the report is generated before the close of business for a date range that includes the current date, the report only includes data for UPCs distributed on the current date up to the time the report is generated. The results of such a report cannot be duplicated because the quantity of UPCs distributed increases throughout the business day, so a report generated minutes later could include increased distribution counts. |

The value is included in the following format: MM/DD/CCYY. The value will be the current system date when the report is generated.

The value is the name of the user signed in to the system when the report is generated.

The value is included as its literal value. Because of space constraints, all characters of the user's first and last name may not print within the space allotted.

The value is the time at which the report is generated.
Format
The value is included in the following format: HH:MM:SS (AM/PM).

The report date range is the inclusive range of days from which the data included in the report is retrieved and includes a beginning date and an ending date.
When the report is generated from the Generate Food Distribution Report - State screen, the beginning date of the date range is determined by the selected From value and ending date of the date range is determined by the selected To value. When the report is generated by the End of Day process, the beginning date of the date range and the ending date of the date range are determined by the day ending. When the report is generated by the End of Month process, the beginning date of the date range and the ending date of the date range are determined by the month ending.

NOTE: Data from the FoodInstrumentItemRedeemed database table is included in the report only if the value in the PurchaseDate column of a record falls on the date provided in the From or To calendar control, or within the range the dates in the From or To calendar controls define. |
Format

The agency label and values identify the agency by which the UPCs on the report are grouped. It is included in the detail version of the report regardless of whether it is run by food center, agency, or state. It is included in the summary version of the report when it is run by agency or food center.
Origin of Data Element
The values included are populated from the AgencyID and Name columns of the Agency database table.
Format
The label and values are left aligned, positioned on the left margin, and included in the following format:
Agency: {Agency.AgencyID} - {Agency.Name}
The food center label and value identifies the food center by which the UPCs on the report are grouped. It is included in the detail version of the report regardless of whether it is run by food center, agency, or state. It is included in the summary version of the report when it is run by food center.
Origin of Data Element
The values included are populated from the ServiceSiteID and ServiceSiteName columns of the ServiceSite database table.
Format
The value is left aligned, positioned on the left margin below the agency label and values, and is included in the following format: {ServiceSite.ServiceSiteID} - {ServiceSite.ServiceSiteName}.
The base food category label and value identifies the food category by which the UPCs on the page are grouped.
Origin of Data Element
The value is positioned on the left margin below the food center and populated from the Description column of the BaseFoodCategory database table.

The value is included as its literal value.
The food distribution item description is the description of the food distribution item to which each UPC is assigned.

The column header and values are left aligned and the values are included as literal values.
The UPC description is the description assigned to each UPC.

The value is populated from the UPCDescription column of the EBTAuthorizedUPC database table.

The column header and values are left aligned and the values are included as literal values.
The UPC is the code assigned to each UPC.

The column header and values are right aligned and the values are included as literal values.
The quantity distributed is the sum of all distributions that occurred at the specified location during the specified date range for each UPC.
If the type of report is detail, the values are summed by UPC for each location.
If the type is summary and the report is run for the state, the values are summed by food distribution item description for the entire state.
If the type is summary and the report is run by agency, the values are summed by food distribution item description for the each agency.
If the type is summary and the report is run by food center, the values are summed by food distribution item description for the each food center.
Origin of Data Element
The value is populated from the RedeemedQuantity column of the FoodInstrumentItemRedeemed database table.
Format
The column header and values are right aligned and the values are included in the following format: "#,###,###".
The values are not left padded with zeroes, and each comma is only displayed if a numeral is displayed to the left of it.
All food item distributed to WIC program participants during the specified date range are included.
The rows displayed in the report are grouped by the following values with the indicated precedence:

The rows displayed in the report are sorted by the following values in ascending order with the indicated precedence:
