The Generate Breastfeeding Duration - No Longer Breastfeeding Report screen is used to generate the Breastfeeding Duration - No Longer Breastfeeding (Standard) Report OPR033 (Output) and Breastfeeding Duration - No Longer Breastfeeding (Healthy People Goals) Report OPR034 (Output).

  • Display the Generate Reports screen > Double-click Breastfeeding Duration - No Longer Breastfeeding.

Interface Initialization

Upon initial display of the screen, the following occurs:

  • The title bar text is set to "Generate Breastfeeding Duration - No Longer Breastfeeding Report".

  • The Month drop-down list box defaults to the month value of the CLOSEMONTHENDDT column of the PROCESSCONTROL table.

  • The Year masked edit box defaults to the year value of the CLOSEMONTHENDDT column of the PROCESSCONTROL table.

  • The Report Type radio button group is visible and enabled. The Detail radio button is initially selected as the default.

  • The Report By radio button group is visible and enabled. The Clinic radio button is initially selected as the default.

  • When the value of the INCLUDEGRANTEES business rule equals "Y" and the system output is defined as a grantee report, the Grantee radio button is visible and enabled in the Report By radio button group. Otherwise, the Grantee radio button is not visible.

  • When the value of the INCLUDEGRANTEES business rule equals "Y" and the system output is defined as a grantee report, the Grantee drop-down list box is visible, enabled, and blank. Otherwise, the Grantee drop-down list box is not visible.

  • The Agency drop-down list box is visible, enabled, and blank.

  • The Clinic(s) list box is visible, enabled, and blank. When an AgencyID is selected in the Agency drop-down list box, the list box contains options for all SERVICESITE.SERVICESITEID - SERVICESITE.SERVICESITENAME associated with the current AgencyID selection in the Agency drop-down list box. Options in the list box are sorted by SERVICESITE.SERVICESITEID in numeric order.

  • The Report Content radio button group is visible and enabled. The Standard radio button is initially selected as the default.

  • The Report Destination radio button group is visible and enabled as the default. The Display on Screen radio button is initially selected as the default.

  • The OK button is visible and enabled as the default.

  • The Cancel button is visible and enabled as the default.

Month drop-down list box

  Select the month the report covers in the Month drop-down list box.

This is a read-only drop-down list box. The drop-down list box contains all months from the Reference Dictionary, which are displayed as options in calendar month order. It defaults to the month value of the CLOSEMONTHENDDT column of the PROCESSCONTROL table. A selection is required in this control.

Year masked edit box and spin control

  Enter or select the year the report covers in the Year masked edit box and spin control.

The masked edit box only allows the entry of numeric digits. The maximum size of the control is four (4) digits. The masked edit box defaults to the year value of the CurrentMonthEndDt column of the ProcessControl table. Selection of the increment or decrement buttons of the spin control increases or decreases the value by one (1). The month/year entered must be less than the values used by the month-end process.

If the Month/Year entered is greater than the month/year value of the CurrentMonthEndDt column of the ProcessControl table, when the OK button is clicked the system displays the E0043 standard error message.

Report Type radio button group

  Select an option in the Report Type radio button group.

This radio button group includes controls that allow you to specify the amount of information to include in the generated report. The title text of the radio button group is set to "Report Type". A selection is required in this radio button group. The following radio buttons are included in the group:

Detail radio button

Select this radio button to generate a detailed report.

Summary radio button

Select this radio button to generate a brief summary report.

Report By radio button group

  Select an option in the Report By radio button group.

This radio button group includes controls that allow you to filter the data displayed on the system output. The title text of the radio button group is set to "Report By". A selection is required in this radio button group. The following radio buttons are included in the group:

Clinic radio button

Select this radio button to limit the data included on the report by a specific clinic.

Agency radio button

Select this radio button to include data for all clinics within the agency currently selected in the Agency drop-down list box on the system output.

Grantee radio button

Select this radio button to limit the data included on the report by a specific grantee.

The name of this control is set by the value of a business rule. Depending on the value of the GRANTEENAME business rule, this control's label may display differently.

The control is visible and enabled when:

State radio button

Select this radio button to include data for all clinics in all agencies across the state on the system output.

Grantee drop-down list box

  Select the grantee the system output coves in the Grantee drop-down list box.

The drop-down list box includes all grantees in the Grantee table.

The name of this control is set by the value of a business rule. Depending on the value of the GRANTEENAME business rule, this control's label may display differently.

Agency drop-down list box

  Select the agency the system output covers in the Agency drop-down list box.

The drop-down list box contains all agencies within the state. The options in the drop-down list box are formatted as follows: {Agency.AgencyID + Agency.AgencyName}. The options in the drop-down list box are sorted numerically in ascending order by AgencyID. A selection is required in this drop-down list box.

When an agency is selected in this drop-down list box, the Clinic(s) list box is refreshed and displays all clinics in the ServiceSite table that belong to the selected agency.

All clinics displayed in the Clinic(s) list box are sorted in numeric order by Clinic ID and no clinic is initially selected.

The control is enabled when:

  View items in the Clinic(s) list box.

Select one or more clinics to include in the system output in this list box. Single or multiple selections are allowed. The clinics displayed in the list box are displayed in numeric order by Clinic ID and no clinic is initially selected.

The list box contains all clinics that belong to the agency (or grantee, if available) currently selected.

The control is enabled when:

Report Content radio button group

  Select an option in the Report Content radio button group.

This radio button group includes controls that allow you to specify the report content to include in the generated report. The title text of the radio button group is set to "Report Content". A selection is required in this radio button group. The following radio buttons are included in the group:

Standard radio button

Select this radio button to include the standard report content in the generated report.

Healthy People Goals radio button

Select this radio button to include the healthy people goals content in the generated report.

Report Destination radio button group

  Select an option in the Report Destination radio button group.

This radio button group includes controls that allow you to specify the destination of the generated system output. The title text of the radio button group is set to "Report Destination". A selection is required in this radio button group. The following radio buttons are included in the group:

Display on Screen radio button

Select the Display on Screen radio button to display the system output on your computer's monitor after it is generated. A report printer must currently be defined for your workstation.

Send to Printer radio button

Select the Send to Printer radio button to send the system output to the report printer currently defined for your workstation after it is generated. Printers are specified on the Default Printers screen.

Save as PDF radio button

Select the Save as PDF radio button to save the system output as a PDF file after it is generated.

Save Raw Data as Spreadsheet radio button

Select this radio button to save the raw data as an Excel file after it is generated.

OK button

  Click the OK button to generate the system output.

It is the default button for the screen.

It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Enter key.

Depending on the selection in the Report Destination radio button group, one of the following occurs when the OK button is clicked:

The system output is generated and the Generate Reports screen displays when the button is clicked. Some reports can take a bit of time to generate. For these reports, a progress bar displays when the button is clicked.

Cancel button

Click the Cancel button to close the screen without generating the system output.

It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.

The Generate Reports screen displays when the button is clicked.
