In this scenario, you will use the Maintain Owners/Partners screen to maintain the owners/partners within the SPIRIT WIC system. The maintenance of owners/partners includes adding, editing, and deleting owners/partners.
For training purposes, you will add several owners/partners.

Complete the following steps to perform this scenario:
1. Display the Reference Utility screen.

NOTE: The Reference Utility screen displays upon the completion of the Login process. |
2. Double-click Owners/Partners in the Reference Utility data grid. The Maintain Owners/Partners screen displays.
3. Do one of the following:
To add an owner/partner: Click Add.
To edit an owner/partner: Select an owner in the data grid, and then click Edit.
To delete an owner/partner: Select an owner in the data grid, and then click Delete.
The Edit Owner/Partner screen displays.

NOTE: If you are deleting an owner, the process is complete after you confirm the deletion. Skip to the concluding paragraph. |
4. Complete the information on the Edit Owner/Partner screen as necessary.
5. Click OK.
The Vendor Owners/Partners data grid is refreshed to display the information you completed while maintaining owners/partners. You can repeat the steps in this scenario, as necessary, to continue maintaining owners. For training purposes, click Close to dismiss the Maintain Owners/Partners screen and return to the Reference Utility screen.
Congratulations! You have successfully completed the steps necessary to maintain owners/partners.
