The Benefit Redemptions FIN023 (Output) screen lists all benefits paid during a defined date range. It is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Benefit Redemptions Report screen.
This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.

The value is the current value of the REPORTHEADING business rule.

The value is included in the following format: MM/DD/CCYY. The value will be the current system date when the report is generated.

The value is included as its literal value and center aligned. It is positioned at the top of the report in the center below the Report Title.
Origin of Data Element
The value is the time at which the report is generated.
Format
The value is included in the following format: HH:MM:SS (AM/PM).
Origin of Data Element
The report date range is the inclusive range of days from which the data included in the report is retrieved and includes a beginning date and an ending date.

The value is center aligned and included in the following format:
"MM/DD/CCYY - MM/DD/CCYY"

This is the current federal fiscal year value (the CCYY portion of the FEDCURYRSTOPDT column of the PROCESSCONTROL table) if the PARTICIPATIONDATE column of the FOODINSTRUMENTSET table is between the CCYYMM portion of the FEDCURYRSTARTDT and FEDCURYRSTOPDT columns of the PROCESSCONTROL table. Prior federal fiscal years are based on subtracting year(s) from the FEDCURYRSTARTDT and FEDCURYRSTOPDT columns.

This value is the PAIDDATE column of the FOODINSTRUMENT table for the selected records. Note: For EBT/Direct Distribution redemptions, this value may change as payment information is updated for the benefit number. The paid date for EBT/Direct Distribution redemptions is the most recent transaction date for the benefit number.

This is a date in the format of MM/DD/CCYY.
Origin of Data Element
For non-EBT/non-Direct Distribution redemptions, this value is the PAIDAMT column of the FOODINSTRUMENT table for the selected records. For EBT/Direct Distribution redemptions, this value is the PAIDAMOUNT column of the FOODINSTRUMENTITEMREDEEMED table for the benefit number.

This is a seven-digit number with two decimal places with right alignment.

This value is the PAIDAMT column of the FOODINSTRUMENT table for the selected records.

This is a seven-digit number with two decimal places with left alignment.

This value is the AGENCYID column of the FOODINSTRUMENTSET table for the selected records.
