Group Class Roster CLN022 (Output)

The Group Class Roster CLN022 (Output) allows the user to print all participants who are enrolled in a group education class. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Group Class Roster screen.

Data Elements

This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.

Report Title

Origin of Data Element

The title of the report will be the text "Group Class Roster".

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Agency

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the Agency.AgencyID + " - " + Agency.Name.

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Clinic

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the ServiceSite.ServiceSiteID + " - " + ServiceSite.ServiceSiteName.

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Class Date

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the ClassSchedule.ClassDate.

Format

The date will print in MM/DD/CCYY format.

Start Time

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the ClassSchedule.ClassDate and ClassSchedule.ClassTime.

Format

The value will print in HH:MM {AM/PM} - HH:MM {AM/PM} format.

End Time

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the ClassSchedule.ClassDate, ClassSchedule.ClassTime, and ClassSchedule.Duration.

Format

The value will print in HH:MM {AM/PM} - HH:MM {AM/PM} format.

Topic

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the ClassType.Topic.

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Resource

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the AppointmentResource.Name.

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Language

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the ReferenceDictionary.Description (category = "Language").

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Client Name

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the Member.FirstName and Member.LastName.

Format

The value will print in {first name} {last name} format.

State WIC ID

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the Member.StateWICID.

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

Household ID

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the Household.HouseholdID.

Format

The value will print as its literal value.

WIC Category

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from Member.WICStatus.

Format

The value will print in its literal value.

Telephone 1

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the Household.Telephone1.

Format

The value will print in ###-###-#### format.

Telephone 2

Origin of Data Element

The value will be taken from the Household.Telephone2.

Format

The value will print in ###-###-#### format.

Filter Criteria

Enrollees for Group Education Class

Only participants who are scheduled to attend the selected group education class are included in the report.

Sort Order

Household ID / Client First Name

The report is sorted by household ID then by client first name.

Control Breaks

No control breaks are defined for this system output.

Grand Total

A count of all participants scheduled to attend the selected group education class is printed.
