Ineligibility Summary Report CAS005/OPR024 (Output)

The Ineligibility Summary Report CAS005/OPR024 (Output) allows the user to print a summary report of participants who are deemed ineligible for WIC services during a certification attempt. The report is generated when the OK button is clicked on the Generate Ineligibility Summary Report screen.

Data Elements

This section describes the data elements that print on the system output. Because of space constraints, the layout may be slightly different and/or all characters may not print within the space allotted.

Date Range

Origin of Data Element

The user records these values when the report is submitted. This is the From and To date range selected on the Generate Ineligibility Summary Report screen.

Format

The date values are in MM/DD/CCYY format. The dates are separated by a dash, "<FROM DATE> - <TO DATE>".

Clinic

Origin of Data Element

The value is the clinic selected on the Generate Ineligibility Summary Report screen. The text for the name will be taken from the ServiceSiteName column of the ServiceSite table for the clinic the user selected.

Format

The values will appear as their literal values. The values are separated by a dash, "<ServiceSiteID> - <ServiceSiteName>".

Ineligibility Reason

This value is the reason why the persons counted were ineligible.

Origin of Data Element

This value comes from the Description column of the Reference Dictionary table for category = "RSNINELIG" and ExternalID equal to the CertIneligibleReason column of the CertContact table.

Format

This is a 50-character description.

WIC Category

This value is the participant's WIC Category.

Origin of Data Element

This value is the CertWICStatus column of the CertContact table.

Format

This is a one-character value.

Count

This value is the number of participants meeting the row parameters.

Origin of Data Element

This value will be the number of records that meet the above classifications.

Format

This is a five-digit number.

Filter Criteria

Base of Data

Participants that meet the following selection criteria are included in the report:

The ServiceSiteID column of the CertContact table is one of the selected clinics.
The CertIneligibleReason column of the CertContact table is not null.
The CertIneligibleDate column of the CertContact table is within the date range selected.

Sort Order

Clinic ID

The document will be sorted first by the Clinic ID.

Ineligibility Reason

The report will be sorted by ineligibility reason within Clinic ID.

Control Breaks

Clinic

On a change of clinic name, a page break will occur.

A sum of ineligible participants will be printed.

Ineligibility Reason

On a change of reason, a sum of ineligible participants will occur.

Grand Total

Count of Ineligible Participants

A final summary count of the number of participants deemed ineligible for WIC services during a certification attempt will be included at the end of the report.
