CPA Review

The CPA Review screen notifies the user that the participant should be seen by a CPA and allows the user to view the reasons why a CPA Review alert exists for the participant.

Screen Access

The screen is automatically displayed by the system in response to the following user actions when a CPA Review alert exists for the participant:

And the following situations apply:

  • The participant has an expired special formula.

  • The participant is in a valid certification, is high risk and the participant has not had an individual nutrition education contact in the last 30 days.

  • The participant lacks a valid food prescription.

  • The participant's most current blood record has been marked as "Delayed Blood Work".

  • The participant needs proof of Income.

  • The participant needs proof of Residency.

  • The participant needs homelessness verified.

  • The participant needs height/weight and/or blood completed and has risk factor for presumptive eligibility assigned.

  • The participant needs blood work before their first birthday. (Display of this alert is controlled by the value specified in the AGEINMONTHSTOSTARTINFANTBLOODWORK business rule.)

  • The participant's LMP start date is equal to or greater than 28 weeks from the system date and the participant has not been assigned risk factor 302 (Gestational Diabetes).

  • The participant needs proof of Identity.

Interface Initialization

Upon initial display of the screen, the following occurs:

  • The title bar text is set to "CPA Review".

  • The Close button is visible and enabled as the default.

The data grid displays one of the following messages depending on the reason the screen is being displayed:

  • "Special Formula Prescription Expired"

  • "Needs Individual Nutrition Education"

  • "No Valid Food Prescription"

  • "Blood Work Pending"

  • "Proof of Income Required"

  • "Proof of Residency Required"

  • "Proof of ID Required"

  • "Verify Homelessness"

  • "Participant has a risk factor that indicates they are Presumptively Eligible. Please, review the Height/Weight/Blood information for the Participant."

  • "Blood work required before first birthday" (Display of this alert is controlled by the value specified in State business rule AGEINMONTHSTOSTARTINFANTBLOODWORK.)

  • "Document Results of Gestational Diabetes"

Reason data grid

  View the information in the Reason data grid.

View the reason(s) why the participant needs to be seen by the CPA in this data grid. The information in the data grid is read-only.

Close button

  Click the Close button to close the screen.

It does not have a mnemonic. Its keyboard shortcut is the Esc (escape) key.
