Business Rule: WWOG-DISPLAY
The Work with On-site Group screen enables the user to apply functions to a group of participants who are currently marked as being On-site. There are two versions of the Work with On-site Group screen: it can either display the name of the oldest household member who is currently listed as On-site, or it can display the names of all active participants within a household when at least one member of the Household is marked On-site.
For example, assume a Household consists of a woman and her two children. All 3 members are in a valid certification period. In the first case, if all 3 members were toggled On-site, only the woman's name would be displayed on the Work with On-site Group screen because she is the oldest member of the Household. However, in the other case, all 3 members would be listed on the Work with On-site Group screen. The woman's name would be listed first (because she is the oldest) and her children's names would be listed under her name and slightly indented to indicate that they are associated to her Household (instead of looking like other non-related participants that happen to be marked On-site as well).
The business rule enables the state to define whether the Work with On-site Group screen displays only the oldest household member or all active members within a household when at least one of the Household members are marked On-site.
