Vendor Price Survey Low Threshold

Business Rule: VNDPRICESURVEYLOWTHRESHOLD

The Vendor Online Price Survey application of the SPIRIT WIC system requires the state to specify the low threshold amount for the difference between the vendor's price and the vendor's peer group's max price for a food distribution item or a retail item.

The business rule enables the state to define the vendor ID length.
