Business Rule: UseLocalACMServer

The SPIRIT WIC system enables the state to define whether to have a local ACM server for offline use or disaster recovery.

The business rule enables the state to define whether the local ACM server is present. When the value of the business rule is set to "Y", the ACM Administration group is visible on the Management Console vertical menu in the Management Console application module. Additionally, the following functionality is affected in the Central Administrative Site, Clinic, and State Office application modules:
