Save Electronic Copy of Vendor Letters

Business Rule: SAVEVENDORLETTERS

The Vendor application automatically generates letters and allows the user to print letters on demand. The system can automatically save an electronic copy of each generated letter.

The business rule enables the state to define that the system should automatically save an electronic copy of each vendor letter that is generated.
