Business Rule: VNDR_REDEMPCHANGE_LIMIT
The Redemption Change Report VND045 (Output) identifies Vendors with unusual fluctuations in the amount of their WIC redemptions. Any Vendor with a fluctuation in either the number or the value of food instruments redeemed that exceeds the percentage limit defined by the state (higher or lower) will be listed on the report.
The business rule enables the state to define the percentage limit that a Vendor must exceed to be included on the Redemption Change Report VND045 (Output).
