Business Rule: PENDINGDISQUALIFICATION
A vendor can be placed in a pending disqualification status before they are permanently disqualified.
The business rule enables the state to define the number of days that a vendor can remain in a pending disqualification status. If the value of the business rule is zero (0), then the state has determined that a vendor cannot be placed in a pending disqualification status.
