The End of Day Command Line Batch Processing of the SPIRIT WIC system can automatically mark a participant as ineligible if their certification attempt has not been completed within the allowable time limits. These time limits are governed by other business rules that are also described below.

The business rule enables the state to define whether the End of Day Command Line Batch Processing of the SPIRIT WIC system will automatically mark a participant as ineligible if their certification attempt has not been completed.
