Business Rule: REQUIREHTWTIFNOTPHYSICALLYPRESENT
The system requires that a participant's height and weight measurements be recorded to complete the certification process. WIC regulations enable a participant to be certified without height and weight measurements if they were not physically present during the certification attempt.
The business rule enables the state to define that the certification process can be completed without height and weight information if "No" is selected for Physically Present.
