End of Day Export of Bank Stamp File

Business Rule: EOD_BANKINGSTAMPFILEEXPORT

The Bank Stamp data file contains the vendor stamp information for each of the vendors in SPIRIT WIC system. The Bank uses the information in this file to determine which vendor stamps are valid.

The business rule enables the state to define that the End of Day Process will automatically export the Bank Stamp data file.
