Enable Weekly View Option on Schedule Appointments Screen

Business Rule: APT_WEEKVIEWENABLED

The SPIRIT system has the ability to display appointment scheduling information for one day or by the week on the Schedule Appointments for Household screen.

The business rule enables the state to define whether the View Calendar By radio button group on the Schedule Appointments for Household screen is enabled.

Y	Enable the View Calendar By radio button group on the Schedule Appointments for Household screen.
N	Disable the View Calendar By radio button group on the Schedule Appointments for Household screen.
