Business Rule: APT_REMINDEREMAILENABLED
The SPIRIT WIC system has the ability to generate and send appointment reminder e-mail notices as part of the End of Day Command Line Batch Processing. The End of Day Command Line Batch Processing checks a certain number of days ahead for appointments as defined by the state. It automatically generates and sends e-mails to participants with future-dated appointments who have provided e-mail addresses (entered on the Demographics screen within the Participant Folder or the Certification Guided Script).
The business rule enables the state to define whether the End of Day Command Line Batch Processing generates and sends appointment reminder e-mails to participants with future-dated appointments.
