Enable Multiple Agencies within the State

Business Rule: PRIMARYAGENCY

The SPIRIT WIC system enables the state to define whether the Vendor module serves multiple agencies within the state or a single agency. If the state has multiple agencies, the Primary Agency drop-down list box and the Shared Agencies list box are displayed on affected screens. If the state has a single agency, the Shared Local Clinics list box is displayed on affected screens instead. The state business rule also affects the content of the Vendor Summary by Vendor VND020 (Output).

The business rule enables the state to define whether the Vendor application serves multiple agencies or a single agency.
