The SPIRIT WIC system enables the state to define the ability of the Residency Proof drop-down list box to transfer between household members during the Certification Guided Script.
The business rule enables the state to define whether the Residency Proof drop-down list box on the Demographics screen of the Certification Guided Script transfers to other household members in a valid certification.
