Enable Copy Income Screening Contact

Business Rule: ENABLECOPYINCOME

The Income Calculator screen in the Clinic application of the SPIRIT WIC system allows the user to record the income information for the current participant and to view the previous income contacts that were recorded for all members of the participant's household. The Copy Items to Current Income button allows the user to copy income information to the current participant from another member of their household. An existing income record must be selected in the tree list before the Copy Items to Current Income button is enabled.

The business rule enables the state to define whether users should be able to use the Copy Items to Current Income button on the Income Calculator screen.
