Business Rule: VNDR_COMPLAINT_CURR_DATE
When an individual reports a vendor to the state WIC Program for what they believe is a violation, a Complaint is filed against the vendor. The Complaint screen enables a user to add a Complaint to the selected Vendor Folder.
The business rule enables the state to define that the system should automatically default the current system date in Complaint Date on the Complaint screen.
