Check Overlay Identification Number

Business Rule: CHECKOVERLAYID

The SPRIT WIC system enables the state to define the check overlay for printed food instruments. The check overlay identification number value is provided by Source Technologies when the overlay is created and stored in the printer(s) used for printing benefits for participants. The overlay is an image that includes the check background, logos, and so on, and itself contains the format of the hard-copy benefit produced by the benefits issuance function. A setting of "0" for the check overlay identification number indicates that no overlay is in use.

The business rule enables the state to define the identification number of the check overlay.
