Business Rule: CAPTUREMEDHOME

Users can record the name of the medical establishment where the participant receives the majority of their health care on the AdditionalInfo1 screen of the Participant Folder or the Certification Guided Script. This is called their Medical Home.

The business rule enables the state to define whether the Medical Home drop-down list box is enabled or disabled on the Additional Info 1 screen and whether and entry is required.
