Business Rule: BANKINGSTATECD
The SPIRIT WIC system allows the state to determine the format of the state specific Banking Paid File Definition, Vendor File Definition, Issuance File Definition, Stop Pay File Definition, and Price File Definition. It is also used to customize the check document for each state for check processing.
The business rule enables the state to define the state abbreviation for each file in End of Day processing.
