Assign Risk Factors after Certification Completed

Business Rule: ASSIGNRISKSOUTSIDECERT

The Clinic application of the SPIRIT WIC system automatically assigns Risk Factors during the certification attempt based upon the information entered for the participant. The module also enables the Competent Professional Authority (CPA) to manually assign risk factors based on their judgment.

The business rule enables the state to define whether the Clinic application of the SPIRIT WIC system should automatically assign Risk Factors based upon participant information that is entered after the participant has been certified.
