Allow Deletion of Nutrition Education Contacts

Business Rule: DELETEEDCONTACT

The Nutrition Education screen within the Participant Folder or the Certification Guided Script enables the user to view (or add) nutrition education contacts, materials given to participants, and peer counselor referrals recorded for the selected participant.

The Delete Contact, Material or Referral button enables the user to delete an education contact, material given, or referral that was recorded with the same contact date as the current system date. Contacts, materials given, and referrals recorded in the past and contact recorded during a Certification Guided Script cannot be deleted.

The business rule enables the state to define whether or not the Delete Contact, Material or Referral button should be enabled or disabled thereby allowing or preventing the user from deleting nutritional education contacts, materials given, or peer counselor referrals recorded on the current system date with the same contact date within the Participant Folder.
