The Help menu provides access to user assistance functions and information about the application. The Help menu is available throughout the application. Help can be accessed by pressing the F1 key on your keyboard.
It has a mnemonic of "H".
If you do not have sufficient permission to access a menu option on the Help menu, a standard error message (E0006) displays when the menu option is selected.
Unless otherwise stated below, all menu options on the Help menu are visible and enabled when:
The Help menu is active.
If one or more special conditions exist that affect a menu option on the Help menu, the condition(s) are documented for that specific menu option below.
Help on Screen menu option
Select this menu option or press the F1 key to display the Online Help System and a screen-level help topic specific for the current application screen.
It has a mnemonic of "S" and a shortcut key of "F1".
The Online Help System displays for the current application screen when the menu option is selected.
Help Topics menu option
Select this menu option to display the help system and the help system overview topic.
It has a mnemonic of "W".
The Online Help System overview displays when the menu option is selected.
About menu option
Select this menu option to display information about the WIC system.
It has a mnemonic of "A".
The About WIC Applications screen displays when the menu option is selected.
